FEE POLICY

It is our practice to discuss fees with our clients when we are first retained. Our fees are based on the time and responsibility involved and conform to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct of the American Bar Association.

As a general policy, we will require a written fee agreement and a retainer. Our firm bills on a monthly basis. We recognize that legal services are expensive, and we are committed to providing our services in the most efficient, economical and effective manner possible. We are ready to discuss firm bills and charges with clients at any time.
